The task

Compare two lists by name and identify differences in both directions.

My approach

I standardised spacing and letter case using the agreed rules. Duplicate names and blank entries were separated for review.

Result

Separate files for missing records and ambiguous cases. Name matches in this example follow the selected comparison rule.
